You should always practice proper breathing techniques no matter what kind of exercise you are doing. You need to keep oxygen flowing to all parts of the body. You can also help increase blood circulation to the face by tapping various parts of it.
Face lift exercises can help decrease the wrinkle in the face area. It can help decrease wrinkles around the forehead and lips. It can also help with crowas feet around the eyes. Lips can also be helped to look fuller. Exercise can tone the cheeks so they do not sage so much as well as reduce puffiness around the eyes.
It is highly unlikely that any harm could ever come from facial exercise. One should never do the directly after surgery or an injury. Otherwise, practicing facial exercise should be fine. It is good for any age group of skin type.
